Zimbabwe hosts New Zealand for a two-match Test series, starting with the first Test in Bulawayo from July 30. The match starts from 1:30 PM IST with the African nation looking to make a comeback to winning ways.
Zimbabwe last played a Test series against South Africa and lost it 0-2. They were dominated throughout the series by the Proteas. They then played a T20I Tri-series with New Zealand and South Africa.
Now, they feature in yet another Test series in quick succession, looking for a turnaround in the longest format. Craig Ervine will continue to lead Zimbabwe. Meanwhile, Mitchell Santner, who is the white-ball skipper for the Kiwis, will lead the side in the first Test with Tom Latham ruled out with a shoulder injury.
