KL Rahul yet again showed his class in England by playing a solid innings on Day four of the first Test in Leeds. The veteran batter, in a typical way, anchored India's innings and got to his 9th Test century - his third in England. His masterful ton made everyone proud, but for his wife, Athiya Shetty, it made her emotional. The Bollywood Actress paid a fitting tribute to the opening batter by penning a heartfelt note.
While Athiya shared an emotional and beautiful post, her father and Rahul's father-in-law, Suniel Shetty, lavished huge praise on the right-hand batter, which was also celebrated by Actor Arjun Kapoor.

Athiya shared a picture of her husband and wrote, "This one is special." The power couple tied the knot on 23 January 2023 in Suniel Shetty's farmhouse in Lonavala. Recently, they welcomed their first child, Evaarah, born on 24 March 2025. This year has been pretty special for the couple in personal as well as professional life. Rahul made a comeback in the Indian Test team Down Under, later he went on to play a starring role in India's win in the Champions Trophy 2025 event.
